Customer Support Specialist

At Oracle, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our IT infrastructure team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues reported by internal customers via phone, ticket, or electronic means. You will utilize your expertise in troubleshooting tools and methodologies to identify and resolve problems efficiently. Additionally, you will provide top-notch customer service, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line technical support for internal employees
- Troubleshooting Windows/MAC/SCCM/Azure/Citrix/VMWare/Exchange Online/Network/Software & Hardware issues
- Installing and troubleshooting Windows/MAC Operating Systems, VMs, and Citrix environments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Very good communication skills and phone etiquette
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in technical support
- A willingness to work in US shifts
