Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: Night Shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide market research and insights to support business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT staffing or sales recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of job search platforms, social media, and other digital tools.
