">Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting LMS administration activities, providing operations support, consulting with other groups, gathering customer requirements, and resolving issues.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct basic LMS administration tasks, including assigning training, managing registrations, and tracking attendance.
  • Support day-to-day operations by executing processes at the direction of management.
  • Collaborate with teams as a Subject Matter Expert on learning processes and data, implementing analysis and documentation methods.
  • Gather customer needs, track issues, and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Perform test script execution and contribute to content development for communication materials.
