Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Engage in HSE training as required.

Quality:

Follow applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. Conduct quality checks on system planning parameters, including minimum/maximum inventory levels and re-order points, ensuring adherence to Plan for Every Part (PFEP).

Delivery:

Perform supply and demand analysis, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months. Assist in gathering information through research. Run simulations for planning parameter adjustments and provide reports on the impact to KPIs. Monitor signals indicating abnormal demand or stock levels, making approved adjustments to align the supply and demand plans.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively within the team and with cross-functional groups. Engage in personal development and training aligned with business needs. Participate in improvement projects related to quality, safety, and process flow.
