Program Manager Role

Biocon Biologics is a leading biosimilars organization providing innovative healthcare solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development, and database management.

  • Lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives by defining KPIs, success metrics, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Design and oversee the development of scalable pharma data models and databases to drive business growth.
  • Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to provide actionable insights across functions including manufacturing & dispatch operations.
  • Translate business needs into visual, actionable insights.
  • Drive key results through process optimization and implementation.
  • Establish relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with databases.
