Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads to close sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing property-related advice and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on property-related matters.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Ensure smooth and timely documentation of sales transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi.
  • Prior experience in sales (preferably in real estate) is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle client objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information

The estimated monthly salary for this role is ₹20,000 - ₹25,000, depending on experience.
