Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Process Associate to join our team at 2coms in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for process optimization and quality assurance.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing pre-defined transactions as assigned, meeting productivity and quality targets within established timelines, and adhering to shift handover processes. You will also be required to raise process-related issues or concerns in a timely manner with process and team leads.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of commercial insurance policies and procedures, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, experience in production management and quality control is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Shift: Rotational Shift
  • Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
  • Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher or Experience(Min 1Year) Both can Apply
Technical Skills:
  • Any Graduate(Regular Course)
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in US PNC domain- Either Front Office or Back Office Ops
  • Understanding of Commercial Insurance policies and procedures is an added advantage
  • Advance Level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Production Management - Production & Quality
