Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow Platform Management: Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to align with business processes.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective solutions.
  • Customization and Development: Customize and develop workflows, forms, and reports to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration between ITSM and HRSD functionalities.
  • User Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for processes and procedures.
  • ServiceNow Updates: Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to recommend enhancements.
  • Implementation and Upgrade Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and implementations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM and HRSD.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and HR Service Delivery best practices, proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows, experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP) and data import/export.
  • Aptitudes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Additional Experience: Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (i.e. ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
  • Methodologies and Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, knowledge of HR processes and systems.
