Citykart, a leading retail chain in India, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BTL concepts and be able to develop and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plead and develop BTL marketing campaigns to boost brand presence and footfall in stores.
  • Coordinate in-store and outdoor promotional activities, including roadshows, mall activations, and kiosks.
  • Identify local events and sponsorship opportunities for brand engagement and customer outreach.

In this role, you will work closely with the internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on campaign objectives and brand messaging. You will also be responsible for managing the budget allocated for BTL activities and tracking costs to ensure cost-effective implementation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BTL marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
