Operational Risk Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Operational Risk Management team.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in operational risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. They will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause analysis on key gaps identified in the process and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Report findings related to Issues and Events to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Educate stakeholders on issues and event management and provide feedback on their reports and remediation plans.
  • Provide guidance to business units on how to identify, root cause, and log issues, promoting a proactive risk management culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Total 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function)
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process governance and decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
