Strategic Key Account Development Specialist

As a Sr. Key Accounts Specialist, you will play a critical role in retaining and growing business in existing and new customers within the region. Your focus will be on gaining market share and developing strong partnerships with distributors and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned geographical areas.
- Evaluate customer needs and develop plans to meet and exceed objectives.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to foster partnerships.
- Develop and manage project pipelines to drive annual sales growth.
- Keep customers informed about the latest technology developments and product innovations.
- Monitor market dynamics to ensure opportunities align with company strategy.
- Support team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.
- Prepare regular progress and status reports for management.
- Spent most of the time in front of end-users/customers.
- Manage customer accounts payable and ensure timely collection.
- Stay up-to-date with existing and new products and services.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with 12+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Methods/Process Engineering, or Sales/Application.
- Strong understanding and communication of product and technical information.
- Able to assess customer needs competently.
- Computer literate with good presentation skills and drive to coordinate functions to implement strategies.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Willing to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
