Purpose of the Role:

The core purpose of this role is to generate revenue across targeted markets by identifying potential clients, detailing the value of the solution, and guiding them towards closure.

Job Brief:

This role entails:

  • Outbound sales activities via email campaigns and personalized, educative emails.
  • Phone calls to C-level executives at targeted companies to inform and educate them on our SaaS product, with the intent of scheduling meetings for the product-demonstration team.
  • Conducting product demonstrations with large teams over online meetings, detailing the value of the platform.
  • Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and following up with prospect clients to ensure closure and customer success.

To Succeed in This Role:

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B international sales.
  • Confidence in reaching out to prospect clients via cold calls and cold emails.
  • Ability to build rapport through engaging and persuasive conversations.
  • Drive to succeed and exceed targets to earn maximum commission payouts.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate studies in any field are acceptable; MBAs are preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Comfortable connecting with prospects on the phone and scheduling meetings.
  • Confident and comfortable explaining the value of the platform over a phone call.
  • Open to debates and brainstorming, and able to bring new ideas to the table.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Work from the office, 5 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Office location: Anandnagar, Bangalore, India.
  • Health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off are provided.

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Uncapped commissions.
