Industry Outlook

The Indian real estate market is poised to reach $650 billion in 2025 and $1 trillion by 2030, with over 85% of construction still unorganized. Brick & Bolt aims to capitalize on this massive, underdeveloped market using our innovative technology and processes.

We've expanded to more than 12 cities in 15 months and secured a total of $16 million through Series A2 funding. Notable investors include Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, and Stride Ventures. In January 2023, we raised an additional $10 million from Accel and Celesta Capital during our Series A2 round.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team. As a key manager, you'll oversee all sales activities within your assigned territory, ensuring efficiency in achieving sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to handle prefixed meetings and capitalize on in-house generated leads.

You'll proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to develop effective strategies that align with organizational goals. Consistent follow-up on leads and referrals will demonstrate your commitment, while delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations will influence purchasing decisions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regular Communication with Customers

Maintaining consistent communication with both current and potential customers is crucial. This helps you understand their needs better and provide tailored solutions promptly.

Overseeing Sales Activity

Monitoring and managing all sales activities within your assigned territory ensures efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

Handling Prefixed Meetings

Collaborating with the pre-sales team to capitalize on leads generated in-house and ensuring seamless handover for prefixed meetings.

Identifying and Pursuing Sales Leads

Actively seeking out new sales leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline requires a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.

Data-Centric Approach

Utilizing data-driven insights to develop smart and efficient processes enhances the overall customer experience and streamlines operations.

Developing Sales Strategies

Crafting robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapting them as needed based on market dynamics ensures sustained success.

Following Up on Leads

Consistent follow-up on business leads and referrals demonstrates commitment and helps maintain momentum throughout the sales process.

Conducting Presentations and Demonstrations

Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcases the value proposition effectively, influencing purchasing decisions positively.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The capacity to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
