Key Business Development Position

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive new client acquisition for our IT staffing division.

  • This is a key role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans.
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
US Staffing Expertise:
  • Deep expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
  • Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
