International Export Business Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled International Export Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our business in international markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Travel to international markets as needed to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in international markets
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
