In-House Immigration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Immigration Specialist to join our team at ACL Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all US immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E visa, and Green Card cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day aspects of high-volume caseload and proactively escalate issues to outside Immigration Counsel as needed.
• Track and monitor critical deadlines and appropriately prioritize caseload.
• Advise management and employees on immigration strategy and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
• Lead internal reviews or audits of immigration data, processes, and policies.
• Support and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, consultants, clients, outside service providers, and specialized legal firms.

Requirements:

• Must Have Experience in Petition of H1b, L1 & Green card.
• Good to have BABL Degree.
