Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Business Development Intern to join our team at Nexus Jobs. This position is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development. The role is full-time and based in our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of work experience and must be eager to learn and grow within the human resources industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, and outreach programs.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Presentation Skills: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and prospective clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills to establish strong client connections.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey ideas and strategies.
  • Market Research Capabilities: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Sales Techniques: Experience with lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and build strong client connections.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (dependent on experience)
