About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to lead our recruitment services division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall operations, business expansion, client onboarding, and team performance. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a versatile mindset and a go-getter attitude.

Setting up an office in Pune requires wearing multiple hats, from securing office space and managing logistics to building a team and establishing processes. This is not a role for traditional recruiters or HR partners; it's a hands-on opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of recruitment consultants. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance team members' skills and performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing account management. Understand clients' specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Oversee day-to-day operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline recruitment activities. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in recruitment operations with a strong track record of business development, P&L management and team management.
Deep understanding of the recruitment industry and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
