Key Responsibilities:
  • The Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations within the fertility center.
  • The key responsibilities of this role include obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and approvals, such as PCPNDT Act approvals for Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques, ART Registration for Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire Safety clearances and NOC, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license and other relevant compliances, and ensuring timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
Government & External Liaison:
  • The Liaison Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
Documentation & Compliance:
  • This role involves preparing, verifying, and submitting required documents for regulatory applications, maintaining updated compliance registers for each clinic location, handling audits, inspections, and queries from authorities, and ensuring adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
Operational Support:
  • The Liaison Officer collaborates with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules, coordinates with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
