About the Role
As a seasoned Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical part in delivering advanced technical leadership within our Managed Services team. Your key responsibility will be to ensure seamless network operations for our clients, leveraging your expertise in configuring, installing, and testing infrastructure at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance service delivery.
2. Analyze complex issues and apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical incidents and problems.
3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and industry-standard best practices.
4. Work closely with vendors and 3rd-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations.
5. Conduct regular reviews of incidents and service requests to identify areas for quality improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve service offerings.
8. Manage and execute projects within technology domains, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist with a strong background in managing complex networks, infrastructure configurations, and ITIL processes. Your exceptional analytical skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, make you an ideal fit for this role.
Strong candidates will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Relevant certifications, such as CCNP or equivalent.
3. At least 5 years of experience in engineering functions within a medium to large ICT organization, with a focus on managed services and ITIL processes.
4. Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
6. Strong understanding of industry-standard networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
7. Familiarity with common network management and monitoring tools, such as SecureCRT and Logic Monitor.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.

Compensation Package
