About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at RPS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and market research, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate existing accounts.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans, focusing on corporate training, software sales, ITES, and IT training industries.
- Candidate Identification and Management: Identify and manage high-potential candidates, building strong relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Pursue leads, move them through the sales cycle, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and market research.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue increases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and performance-based bonuses.
