Job Description

We are seeking a professional to manage various corporate actions, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of securities settlements, custody operations, and financial market operations.

  • Authorize and control the dispatch of outgoing messages related to corporate action in CAPE.
  • Notify clients of any corporate action event through SWIFT, fax, email, or S2B.
  • Authorize responses to sub-custodians based on client responses and debit/credit client accounts for disbursement processing.
  • Authorize proper collection and disbursement of resultant entitlements from corporate action events.
  • Authorize vouchers or Swift messages for transfer of funds from and to Nostro accounts and transfer of funds across accounts based on underlying instructions.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate action processing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various types of corporate actions and Swift message formatting.
  • Ability to handle small teams and work collaboratively with staff across locations and grades.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
