Revenue Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain revenue management processes to achieve hotel goals, ensuring alignment with the General Manager’s strategy and daily updates.
- Support the General Manager in creating and implementing revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor pricing.
- Communicate and educate the reservation and front office teams on booking quality and data input into the Property Management System (PMS).
Performance Analysis and Market Research
- Analyze hotel performance in the Revenue Management System (RMS) to inform strategy decisions.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing and closed dates to inform future pricing strategies.
- Assess contract performance, including price, allotments, and rooms sold, to inform renewal decisions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data input into the RMS, including segmentation and denial tracking.
- Update the event database in the RMS.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 06-07 years of experience in hotels, with a strong background in revenue management.
