Freelance Data Entry Specialist for Human-Machine Interaction Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chennai, India. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on Human-Machine Interaction.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming participants to our data collection project, leading them through the data collection session, and ensuring that audio recordings adhere to project guidelines. Additionally, they will be responsible for uploading data and conveying session details to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding project-provided documentation to assist participants
- Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects
- Acknowledging and resolving participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues
- Capture data for assigned projects aiming to reach targeted daily goals
- Conveying sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Communicating and coordinating with project teams
- Interacting with various hardware and software
Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Tamil (Bilingual/Native), and some technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and working with Terminal in macOS. They must also be good at troubleshooting problems and finding solutions, as well as updating a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant's session.
Working Hours and Duration:
The working hours for this role are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, and the duration of the project is approximately 2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025. The selected candidate must be available for the entire duration of the project.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation packages to ensure that our freelancers feel valued and appreciated.
