At Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Manager to join our team.

As an Electrical Substation Manager, you will be responsible for the electrical design of 33kV/ 110kV/132kV/220kV/400kV switchyards, development of SLD, layouts, protection schemes, equipment review, and knowledge in grid compliance study.

You will also be responsible for conceptual design of renewable energy parks and its integration, engineering support during commissioning of power projects, and work experience in substation automation system, communication system.

Additionally, you will lead technical discussions with EPC and owners engineers and derive timely conclusions, coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, and extend technical support for various internal departments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a Master's in power system engineering being an added qualification.

8-10 years of experience in substation electrical engineering, proficiency in both primary & secondary engineering in EHV substation, and knowledge in renewable project will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
