Software Development Specialist Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms. They will also analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations using Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and migrations for Tenrox and Clarity applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
