Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Wall Street Oasis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming emails, analyzing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

About the Role:

  • You will play a critical role in ensuring all communications with customers are handled efficiently and effectively, identifying key customer needs and sales opportunities, and escalating important matters to relevant team members.
  • As a Business Systems Analyst, you will provide analytical support to the sales and operations teams, aiding in the optimization of our processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • You will also assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, offering insights into customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly and professionally manage and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently and effectively.
  2. Analyze email inquiries to identify key customer needs and sales opportunities, escalating important matters to relevant team members.
  3. Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales and operations teams, aiding in the optimization of our processes and customer engagement strategies.
  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, offering insights into customer interactions and operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with team members to improve internal communication and streamline response procedures.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and support sales activities.
  7. Participate in team meetings, providing updates and feedback on email interactions and customer trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in managing professional email correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM software, and email management tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
