Job Title: Sr. Blockchain

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Blockchain professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex blockchain solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). As a senior member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Web3 frameworks to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver scalable and innovative solutions on various blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Smart Contract Development: Lead the architecture, design, and development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot.
  2. Blockchain Solutions: Design and implement scalable and secure solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or other blockchain use cases.
  3. Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, reviewing code, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  5. Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts and dApps to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  6. Research and Development: Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and protocols to inform technical decisions, innovation strategies, and product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in blockchain development, with a focus on smart contracts, dApps, and Web3 solutions.
  3. Expertise in blockchain programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go, and proficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
  4. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and decentralized networks.
  5. Proven track record of delivering complex blockchain projects from concept to production, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and usability.
  6. Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix, and familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and standards.
