Since our inception, we have established over 90 GCCs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our People Consulting Practice with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. In joining our team, you will gain valuable experiences and a wealth of knowledge by working across various capabilities, service offerings, and clients. Working in multifunctional teams, often directly with leaders of Organizations / GCCs, you will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement policy and process aligned with client need and people strategy.
  2. Operate as the territory HR SME to guide client leadership and HR stakeholders by providing high level of advisory services and curated HR product offerings.
  3. Analyze ambiguous and unstructured information to develop and implement policy recommendations for clients.
  4. Deliver strategic priorities within strict timelines with relevant attention to detail.
  5. Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions.
  6. Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
  7. Strong ability to build effective working relationships, ability to influence with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels and to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  8. Manage conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.
  9. Develop change management strategies for client engagements:
  • Coach client and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project context.
  • Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan (e.g. training slide decks, job aids, video shorts, FAQs).

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 20 years' plus experience in consulting or Core HR experience as HRBP, HR Operations coupled with COE experience like Learning & Development, Talent Management. Preference will be given if there is exposure to Business / People Transformation experience and programs. A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues is essential. Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to work are also required.
