Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at NoBroker.com, the world's largest C2C marketplace in online real estate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions to meet their needs. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities and secondary data sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer information
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should also be comfortable working in a dynamic team setting and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
