
Customer Escalation Resolution Specialist

The Customer Escalation Resolution Specialist will investigate and analyze the root causes of escalations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Generate regular reports on escalation trends and suggest improvements to prevent future issues
