Job Title: Audio Visual Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze project requirements from end-users.
  • Develop AV solutions based on gathered information.
  • Obtain business approval for proposed solutions.
  • Provide final designs to collaboration teams for vendor quotes.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of vendor proposals.
  • Coordinate downtime for project implementation.
  • Verify vendor drawings, with AutoCAD skills a plus.
  • Collaborate with civil and MEP teams for room readiness.
  • Monitor vendor delivery timelines and dependencies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through project execution.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation throughout lifecycles.
  • Quality check physical installations.
  • Test and commission AV systems.
  • Transfer ownership to vendors, including documents and operation manuals.
  • Assist asset management in verifying PO compliance and tagging equipment.
  • Train operations teams or customers on system usage.
  • Provide remote support for maintenance calls.
  • Conduct regular health checks and suggest improvements.
  • Perform proof-of-concepts for latest technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience working on AV deployment projects. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
