Job Title: Data Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support data management activities across multiple business divisions. This role involves data retention, archiving, and disposition requirements, as well as risk management and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data management, information management, or a related field. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document complex data management requirements are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document data retention, archiving, and disposition requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and regular reviews with business and technology teams.
  • Identify and mitigate data management risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compile and track progress on implementation of data management strategies.
  • Represent the data management team in cross-functional meetings, communicating key policies and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in data management, information management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to document complex data management requirements.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of data protection/privacy regulations and experience with data privacy laws.
  • Familiarity with database/cloud technologies, AI, and reporting tools.
