  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    ">

    Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and models to inform business decisions and drive growth.

    ">

  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

    ">

    Prepare and track budgets for each division, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.

    ">

  3. Management Information Systems (MIS):

    ">

    Design and implement customized MIS to provide real-time insights into our operations and support data-driven decision making.

    ">

  4. Expense Tracking and Budget Management:

    ">

    Implement effective expense tracking and budget management processes to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.

    ">

  5. Cost-Cutting Initiatives and Process Streamlining:

    ">

    Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

    ">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account Management:

    ">

    Operate bank accounts and credit lines based on senior management's instructions.

    ">

  • Reporting and Compliance:

    ">

    Prepare and provide reports to banks offering loans and credit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    ">

  • Treasury and Cash Flow Management:

    ">

    Establish effective treasury and cash flow management systems to support ongoing and future projects.

    ">

  • Digital Transformation:

    ">

    Drive digital transformation through the adoption of modern financial management systems (ERP, BI tools).

    ">

Secretarial Duties:

">

  • Internal Controls and Governance:

    ">

    Develop and enforce internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance standards.

    ">

  • Company Secretarial Functions:

    ">

    Provide services related to company secretarial functions, including board meetings and shareholder meetings, and Companies Act responsibilities.

    ">

  • Process Improvement:

    ">

    Introduce new tools and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

    ">

  • Presentation Preparation:

    ">

    Prepare presentations for senior management, the Board, and Shareholders.

    ">

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    ">

    15 years of relevant experience in finance and corporate secretarial roles.

    ">

  • Education:

    ">

    Strong educational background in CA & CS, B. Com (Hons).

    ">

  • Skills:

    ">

    Excellent communication and writing skills, entrepreneurial spirit, independence, high ethical standards, and ability to thrive in dynamic group environments.
