Interior Design Specialist

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of creative thinking skills, enabling them to design spaces based on conversations with clients.

  • To oversee the sales process and achieve sales closure.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction throughout a project.
  • Lead and own quality accuracy of design deliverables.
  • End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles.
Key Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma; 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Leadership and delivery of at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics functionality, module planning), and civil works services (specifications, installation details).
  • Ability to create bills of quantities for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing deals through logical and trusted sales pitches, leading and driving design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral attributes including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
