Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt client communication on project status and report submissions.

  • Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Conduct regular team huddles and meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to team members.
  • Guide individuals to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management periodically.
  • Identify and develop potential leaders across different projects.
