Sales and Business Development Professional

PW (PhysicsWallah) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve building strong connections with schools and potential partners, presenting our products and services, and driving lead generation efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily visits to schools and potential partners to present PhysicsWallah's offerings and build relationships with channel partners and school stakeholders.
- Organize and lead workshops, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive admissions.
- Build and maintain a network of contractors, including educational agents, local influencers, and facilitators, to act as affiliates for promoting PhysicsWallah's offerings.
- Develop incentive structures and payment models for contractors and affiliates to motivate them and drive results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in channel sales.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C or institutional sales.
- Proven track record in startups or EdTech companies.
- Strong field presence and ability to build instant rapport with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking leads, and reporting.
- Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills to convert leads into partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and reporting leads and conversions.
