Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure seamless LC transactions and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Negotiate with banks to secure quotes for Letter Of Credit Transactions and explore Trade Finance Opportunities.
  • Review and negotiate all types of charges raised by current and upcoming banks.
  • Control trading operations, including establishing letter of credit, negotiating LC Terms and conditions, and availing/ negotiating RA financing.
  • Manage all inward/outward remittances, including Import Bills, Export bills, Remittances, and SWIFT Operations.
  • Ensure timely closure of pending IDPMS & EDPMS.
  • Process Various RM Import / Import service payment in line with taxation rules.
  • Coordinate with the front office for booking of forex cover.
  • Ensure surrendering of expired BGs on time.
  • Maintain a database of Issued BGs along with all details.
  • Prepare Month MIS Reports and audit schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal/ external auditors.
  • Establish good rapport with all bankers.
  • Enter transactions in treasury ERP System and ensure proper record of all transactions.

Requirements:

  • 7 - 9 Years of experience in Treasury Operations.
  • CA / MBA/ CMA qualification.
  • Location: Chennai.
