About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Aptita, responsible for driving client relations and growth. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand current accounts and enhance revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive briefs and project plans
- Ensure timely delivery of detailed client updates and reports, adhering to agreed-upon formats and deadlines

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience
