  4. Client Needs Assessment: Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  5. Client Consultation: Provide clients with detailed product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  6. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients, thereby increasing revenue.
  7. Issue Resolution: Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales/revenue targets, ensuring the growth and success of our business.
  9. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
