Job Summary:

The AI/ML Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the AI team, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the AI team, aligning with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • AI/ML Architecture: Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, and data science teams to translate their needs into production-grade AI models.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for US leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Mentorship: Guide AI/ML engineers on business objectives, connecting the dots and helping the team develop optimal ML models.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to process, scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Engagement Coordination: Assume the role of an engagement coordinator between the India team and US counterparts.
  • Risk Management: Highlight risks and concerns to the leadership team and work with stakeholders to establish alignment and mitigation plans.
  • Delivery Ownership: Proactively track delivery statuses and project progress, taking ownership of all deliverables.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, US stakeholders, and management.
  • Tech Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML, identifying opportunities for the team to implement new models and technologies.
  • Best Practices: Propose and implement best engineering and research practices for scaling ML-powered features and enabling fast iteration and efficient experimentation.
