Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist role at Realoq is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to contribute to the company's online presence. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms to drive engagement and reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and improve campaign ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive.
  • Identify target audiences and strategically schedule posts to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including infographics, videos, and press releases.
  • Write and review promotional materials, such as newsletters and blogs, to align with the company's branding.
  • Ensure the security of social media accounts and manage passwords to maintain brand integrity.
  • Design and implement lead-generation ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio.

Compensation and Benefits
