Role: Healthcare Technology Solutions Specialist
Description:
The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, establishing and managing end-to-end Pharmacovigilance (PV) needs for assigned clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure team members are well-versed in Adverse Event (AE) identification and reporting within 24 hours.
- Timely AE reconciliation and source data verification.
- Prepare and submit timely PV compliance reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with trainers on Training Needs Identification (TNI) for the workforce.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science/Pharma.
- 2-4 years of working experience in PV management.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
