International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is a global leader in the Health & Biosciences, Food & Beverages, and Home & Personal care products industries.



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence function within the Functional Ingredients Business Unit.



Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all pricing-related inquiries within assigned Business Segment(s).
  • Owning the end-to-end process of pricing analysis, from data collection to strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Support Global/Regional Product Manager(s) in the respective segment(s) in developing and executing the right pricing strategy tailored for the product line and geography.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to facilitate effective pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and update pricing to reflect changes in the market or company strategy.
  • Provide recommendations to management on pricing actions based on analysis and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing execution, pricing operations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new products or services.


Requirements


  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in pricing analytics or a related role, background in the food ingredients industry is preferred.
  • A highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, along with experience with commercial systems such as PowerBI, CPQ.
  • Experience with advanced data analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, and Python is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work autonomously, build relationships, and collaborate effectively across diverse geographies and cultures in a matrixed organization.
