About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Copyright Integrity International in Bengaluru. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, inventory management, payroll, statutory compliance, training and development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Post jobs, source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
    • Conduct interviews and manage campus recruitments.
    • Handle candidate queries and perform background checks.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Oversee employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), onboarding, and policy briefings.
    • Manage records, HR letters, attendance, leave, and employee queries.
    • Organize employee engagement activities and conduct exit processes.
    • Administer insurance policies and claims.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    • Prepare payroll, tax computation, and Form 16/16A.
    • Manage EPF, ESI, and professional tax processes.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and audit requirements.
  • Performance Management:
    • Design KPIs, OKRs, and appraisal systems.
    • Conduct feedback sessions and manage improvement plans.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions.
    • Collaborate with vendors for specialized programs and leadership workshops.
  • Administrative & Inventory Management:
    • Manage office inventory, supplies, and IT tools.
    • Oversee subscriptions and ensure compliance.
  • HR Tools Management:
    • Implement and manage HR tools like Zoho and access control systems.
    • Ensure data integrity and train employees on tool usage.

Requirements:

  • Strong recruitment, performance management, payroll, and training expertise.
  • Proficient in Kannada language (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in employee relations, HR compliance, and policy development.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce; MBA in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or related field.
