Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Join Elior India as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and take on a key role in shaping the company's financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and validate financial data from business units, and prepare reports on revenue and trend analysis.
  2. Prepare forecasts and budgets for review and submission.
  3. Support the preparation of consolidated quarterly forecasts based on actual performance and results.
  4. Develop and maintain a monthly rolling forecast.
  5. Analyze variances between actual and planned performance, and report to Group management.
  6. Collect and sort financial data from different entities, and work closely with business heads to ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end book closure.
  7. Prepare cash flow statements and customer profitability reports.
  8. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and payable aging, and report to Group management.
  9. Provide ad-hoc FP&A reporting to Group and India management, and automate reports to support Group submission.
  10. Evaluate projected performance of potential customers to ensure achievement of minimum SOP levels.
  11. Calculate NPV and payback period for investments in client sites.
  12. Track actual spend versus budget.
  13. Consolidate and ensure accuracy of financial data for timely submission to Group, including Financial Performance Pack and Balance Sheet reporting in BFC Module.
  14. Prepare management packs and Group Market Risk Measurement (MRM) reports after consolidating financial data from all entities.

Qualification Criteria:

Minimum Educational Qualification: Masters in Commerce (M. Com) or MBA in Finance or CA.

Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis field. Required skills include fluency in English, high interpersonal skills, and proficiency in advanced MS Excel with ERP exposure.
