Job Title

A key role in our global workforce is that of Employee Relations Partner. This position plays a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, driving employee satisfaction and productivity.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Partner, bringing their expertise in employee relations and HR management to the table.

About The Role

This role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees, addressing any conflicts or concerns that may arise, and working closely with leadership to implement effective employee relations strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Impact
  • Educate, coach and guide leaders on performance management and elevation efforts, ensuring adherence to company philosophy and values.
  • Provide business partnership to leaders, offering advice to enhance performance and capability across teams and respective organizations.
  • Advise and lead a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations, conflicts, grievances, behavioural and conduct issues.
  • Conduct investigations related to conduct and policy-related issues.
  • Lead and manage the Company POSH process.
  • Manage employee relations data, case management, and file management, providing support where required.
  • Offer and present data for quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends, and data analysis to business partners.
  • Promote equitable and fair treatment, ensuring practices align with company core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in Employee Relations gained in either an HR Business Partner role or Employee Relations role.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence in a global organization.
  • Capacity to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective listener and persuasive communicator with ability to influence.
  • Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information.
  • Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is a plus.
