Job Overview

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer service operations. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating and guiding a team of associates to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of 15-20 customer service associates to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor project execution, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target compliance to optimize team performance.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Performance Metrics:
  • Track emails/chat taken by associates and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews with associates to discuss progress, set goals, and identify areas for growth.
  • Prioritize and assign work to associates, resolving day-to-day challenges and ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email operations.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Exceptional knowledge of G-suite is required to thrive in this role.
