- Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of technical project/program management experience.
- 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Full lifecycle technical program management methodology (PMP, Prince 2, etc.) experience planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, people, risk, and communications.
- Experience in organizational change management and business process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
