Job Summary
This key financial and commercial advisor role supports the Nordics region deal team. The Senior Manager will provide functional expertise to support deal modeling and assessment, while considering deal strategy structuring and negotiation positions.
Responsibilities
- Undertake financial structuring and analysis of deals to meet Cognizant's business objectives.
- Craft pricing models and assess deal P&L cash flow metrics and financial viability, highlighting potential risks throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Support the deal team in analyzing and making recommendations regarding deal-specific financial strategies and solutions.
- Negotiate financial and commercial terms to meet Cognizant's business and financial objectives.
- Enable Cognizant to sign contracts capable of delivering approved returns while addressing customer business drivers.
- Ensure the integrity of the position's responsibilities, liaising with FP&A, Tax, and technical accounting as required.
- Support internal deal governance and compliance with Cognizant's processes and policies.
- Inform the Pricing Lead of potential issues or open questions.
- Participate in standard team meetings and assist with deal coverage.
